As a resort-style development located in Wesley Chapel, WaterGrass wanted to harness the power of traditional advertising to reach its consumers.

The team went to work to develop an array of creative collateral that would increase awareness and communicate the many details and amenities of the community.

Print Display Ads

WaterGrass utilizes a diverse marketing strategy, which includes an assortment of print media. Each advertisement is created with a specific goal in mind, continually portraying the brand voice and look that has been established for each client. When dealing with print media, the staff will negotiate rates, make the media buy, develop the concept, lay out the creative and continually follow up with the publication, making the client's job as simple as approving the piece.

The Truck Stops Here!

As part of an annual event that draws local and regional realtors to visit the WaterGrass community and tour the builder's model homes, the staff established a theme, created the artwork and planned the event from start to finish. In 2013, the community hosted a Food Truck Rally, titled the Fun, Fabulous Food Truck Field Trip, featuring a variety of foods served from food trucks, games and prizes while still requiring each realtor to walk through the model homes over the course of the evening.

The realtors would be given a passport, in which they would receive a stamp for visiting each home, where the samples of food would be found. Those who received all of the stamps were entered to win a variety of prizes and gifts. The creative, including each stamp that represent countries, dishes and locations, was designed by our talented team of graphic designers and tailored to fit each homebuilder.
