These interactive sales centers are made up of several components: interactive presentations showcasing the community, floor plans and the surrounding area; a presentation that showcases Ryland's commitment to Earth-friendly building practices and its HouseWorks® program and even as far as the paintings, wall color and furniture selection and layout. This contest typically requires our team to create a concept, approximately five videos showcasing the location of the event among other "teaser" information, a variety of unique SWAG or giveaway items and a new website design.
